The Issue at Hand:

The group is actively falling down with dropping player counts, upset troopers, and unnecessary deaths and voids. The main issue stems from commands. 

HICOMs were picked before the game was out and was necessary for launch, although the majority of HICOM have a huge nepotism problem, they were either put in that position because they paid real money (The Jedi Order) or just got here before everyone else. Almost nobody was hired on merit, and people don't respect these leaders since they don't show respect to the troopers. 

They don't have good leadership. They don't have good tactical minds and won't listen to those who do just because "we outrank you and the higher ranking official is always right." Us clones are tired of watching this group go down the drain and we are calling for change.

Solution:
Reform the entire CW:P HICOM, in GAR, SFC, Navy, TJO, every clone unit. It's going to fix the nepotism problem, right now the game is down anyway so it's a perfect time for this. Those who are great leaders already will rise back up to where they should be off of merit.

No longer do we want legions to be made fun of because of their HICOM problems, the only reason the nicknames exist against HICOM is because of this problem. 

The reason why just letting nothing happen won't work is because they hide, avoid combat, and will not die and be replaced by merit based officers, they'll just continue to either rise the ranks even more or stay ruining their legions. 
That's just my two-cents but all the clones signing on here more than likely agree with me and have stronger opinions, I'm keeping it fairly unbiased.
