The labour and employment ministry of India and its minister Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya is absolutely unaware and non reactive to the increasing number of labour laws broken by Indian corporates, especially private companies. He has not taken any action with regards to employee welfare and has been ineffective. It appears as though that the ministers in India choose to undermine the laws set the by courts and Constitution if it effects them. PM Modiji we require your due intervention in this matter. We as a democracy that is 'For the people, By the people' deserve a minister who has sound knowledge of the labour laws and is quick in taking action and resolving employee grievances. Either get the ministry to take action or replace your minister.
