I am starting this petition in hope for the relevant parties to take action to resolve an on-going traffic congestion complication that is affecting many of the residence in Bandar Rimbayu, Eco Sanctuary, Tropicana Aman, and Gamuda land twentyfive7.

The traffic congestion is constantly occurring on working days during the peak hour from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM when residents is heading towards Kota Kemuning and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM when residents is heading back to their respective townships. The congestion take place on Persiaran Rimbayu with direction from Kota Kemuning entering the township that consists of Gamuda Land twentyfive7, Eco Sanctuary by EcoWorld, Tropicana Aman by Tropicana, and lastly Bandar Rimbayu by IJM Land.

Additionally, the alternative route that utilizes the SKVE toll heading towards to Kuala Lumpur is also heavily congested during the peak hour 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM heading towards Kuala Lumpur and  5:00 PM to 7:00 PM when residents is heading back to their respective townships.

As I understand, currently all the township is not fully occupied yet, and these congestion issue has already been a major issue as of now. Imagine if the township is fully occupied, this issue will be disastrous and be out of control. Therefore, I hope all the relevant parties can join hands to resolve this issue immediately.

I do understand that this issue is not easily rectified. Therefore, I have proposed some solutions that can be studied/surveyed to solve this issue once and for all.

Proposed Solution
1. By widening the road along Persiaran Rimbayu
2. Setting up traffic sensor on the cross junction in Persiaran Rimbayu
3. Considering setting up flyover on Persiaran Rimbayu to avoid the traffic light cross junction
3. Widening the road entering Bandar Saujana Putra from SKVE toll
4. Completing the flyover from SKVE toll to ELITE toll (Bandar Saujana Putra)

With the above proposed solutions provided, I strongly urge the relevant parties to take actions as this can help to improve the residence’ experience, satisfaction towards the product and confidence in the developers and continue to recommend the developers to their close friends.

Besides that, in some way it helps to reduce carbon emission as vehicles spending less time on the road.

Furthermore, solving this crisis can and will allow the residence to spend more time with family instead of being lonely waiting inside the vehicle.
