Dog are being bred over and over again by backyard breeders. People with dogs that are not altered are having unwanted litters. It needs to be made illegal and we need mandatory spay and neuter laws. It’s got to stop, and our State Board of Agriculture is responsible for dog breeding. They seem to be primarily focused on cattle with little concern for the welfare of the dogs and cats that are being euthanized and suffering daily with no end in sight. We need to make them aware of what is happening. I am including a link. Please contact them.
