Growing up in the vibrant district of Baramulla, I have always been passionate about education. I believe that quality education should be accessible and affordable for all students, regardless of their financial background. However, the current excessive backlog examination fee slab at Government Degree College (GDC) Baramulla presents a significant financial barrier for many students, particularly those who are already struggling to meet academic expectations.
