On July 4, 2011 at 12:30 a 29 year old many, Foster Courtney was hit by a driver on Manchester Road. It was right outside of a busy night club. This has been a huge problem in the last few months. Several of my friends and others that i dont know have been hit but in minor offenses. Please sign this if you would support reduce speed in the manchester street please sign this.
