Hello all 43,000 of you!
We reached 43k signatures! I am really happy! Thank you and a big welcome to the 1,000 new supporters to the #checkMEup movement! 
I wanted to update you that the petition finally reached the right person, MP Sajid Javid.
The wonderful MP Sharon Hodson, who is a huge supporter, sent the letter attached to MP Sajid Javid on my behalf, he is Secretary of State for Health and Social Care.
 
Now is the time for us all to get in touch with our local MPs and inform them about this issue that is affecting every woman in the UK, no matter the age, as well as every family.
 
If we get more MPs to support us we will have more power to persuade the decision makers. I really need your help now. We are 43,000 strong and it is amazing what we have achieved, we need to use it.
 
The rule in the UK is that each individual is only allowed to get in touch with their own MP from their constituency. I have gained support from my own MP.

I will create a template letter that you all can send to your own MPs and I will share it with on Wednesday this week in an update like this one.
