Like many others, we deeply care about the needs and mental health of the homeless population in Sacramento. The cost of housing in this city has become unattainable not just for the homeless, but for many others as well. 

According to reports from the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, the percentage of homeless individuals rose by 19% from 2017 to 2019. This is a huge increase and we need to put a stop to it. The cost of housing is becoming an obstacle between having a safe place to rest and living on the streets.
