We are resident in the Enso Woods a strata neighborhood in Gamuda Cove, Selangor, Malaysia. I, along with my fellow residents, have been navigating personal challenges, with some of us waiting more than 3 years for our VP process. The vulnerability of our circumstances compels us to appeal for a reduction to the renovation deposit which currently stands at an exorbitant RM5000. The delay in the VP process, coupled with the length of the renovation permit process, has already caused a significant financial dent. 

We are asking for a considerate reduction in renovation deposit from RM5000 to RM1000 for major renovation, a gesture that will allow homeowners to make essential improvements without hefty financial burdens.
