Carbon emissions affect millions of people worldwide. A great many people die from carbon emissions every year. How many? Over 5 million each year. Although these numbers are grim and sad we can help turn the tide on air pollution! All I ask of you is, sign this petition, contribute money if you can! We can change things, but only if you ACT. This petition will go to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to help fight against air pollution. I will be asking them to issue rules and regulations for existing natural gas generators. These are the rules I will ask them to change/add:

• Requiring plants to meet specific carbon dioxide emission rate limits
• Require long-term, high-capacity plants to install CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage)

The EPA has already established certain rules and requirements for new and future gas generators to address this issue. Therefore, it should be within their ability to apply those rules and requirements to existing natural gas generators.
