Subject: Update on the Arbury Court Redevelopment Proposal

An official update regarding the Arbury Court alternative plan is now being shared with all supporters.

A formal council e-petition has been designed and is in the process of being launched to gather further community support. Furthermore, a request to address the council through public questions has been submitted to Democratic Services.

These matters are expected to be raised at the next relevant meeting, likely the Planning Committee on Wednesday, 4th February 2026. Supporters are encouraged to look out for the petition link once it is live and are invited to attend the council meeting at The Guildhall, where resident concerns will be formally presented.

Further notification will be provided once the exact time for the public speaking session is confirmed by the council.
