To start 2024 we have over 3,000 signatures and an amazing ROCK VIDEO of our parking problems, sung by elderly SMBI community members! Patti and The Powerful Grundys, is led by 87 year old lead singer, Patti Ponting.

Please watch and share the video as each time the video is viewed it assists the OPS message, in both numbers signing the petition and the reminder to Redlands City Council and our state government of 'people power'.

The video, entitled ‘Where’s Our Flamin’ Parking Spot’, is attracting a lot of attention. Within days of the songs’ release on YouTube, ABC Brisbane Breakfast Show booked an interview with Gayle Nemeth and the writer/director of the song – also an islander.
