Stop reddit from having porn that children can find

The Issue

For a long time Reddit has had many subreddits that allow the user to post pornography which can be found on Google even with the most simple tap. These images can, and have been in children's hands. Reddit has not done much to remove all, a while back they have removed some, but the most dangerous, and most frightening to any parent is a subreddit named /r/clopclop

As a mother of a 6 year old son and 5 year old daughter raising them is hard work. My son will play with his tonka trucks on Saturday mornings, and my daughter would watch her favorite TV show My Little Pony.
Last week, she asked to look at the hub's website for My Little Pony.
I thought why not? I would watch her and she would just be looking at the website. She googled up the characters names, until she reached one where Google didn't automatically display all of the images (some pages will some wont) and she decided to look around. Soon enough she clicked a link, and another. Then it led to a picture of a character from her favorite show, with genitals visible. I had to quickly exit, knocking the monitor off. She asked what that was, and I had to tell her it was nothing important.

I was shocked. Why would this appear on google with safe search? The comments were even more shocking, people complimenting the poster, and even "upvoting" it (in reddit I believe up voting means to compliment the post)

In my investigation, the post didn't bring up a Are you 18 message.
So that's one problem.

A while back I also learned about how another subreddit named /r/jailbait where the users sent Private messages of child pornography.

I signed up for a reddit account, and posed as my little girl on the assumingly safe /r/mylittlepony subreddit, when I got the bad start.

A few creepy private messages came, about role playing. Or sometimes pornography. Both would get graphic.

I am deeply concerned that this has happened, and that the admins have let this happen for a while now.
