Reddit is falling apart.

Every day the site seems to get worse and worse, prioritizing being “advertiser friendly” as opposed to being a good experience for its users, similar to YouTube. I’ve been able to ignore this until now, but I’ve finally reached my breaking point with the ban of the sub “waterniggas.”

It was a sub about water. There was literally zero racism involved; in fact, I don’t think a single human complained about it. But of course, they decided to ban the subreddit. The most insulting part is that they waited until it had 340,000 subscribers, instead of just banning it right out of the gate.

Why the hell does /r/blackpeopletwitter get to use it so much and we can’t??? Why are subs like “misogyny” and “hentaibeast” considered more advertiser friendly????

I hope this petition will get somewhere. I and many others are sick of this.
