The former Coatham Hotel in Redcar was built in 1872 and is an iconic building on Redcar seafront but is not protected or recognised as a heritage asset to our town. Sign this petition and demonstrate to Redcar and Cleveland Council that this much loved building is worthy of recognition and conservation.
