Wanstead Hairdressers placed 3 chairs outside the shop when it first opened after lockdown so that elderly customers had somewhere to sit whilst waiting for a haircut. Redbridge council fined them £100 without even giving them a warning. They’re not the only shop that this has happened to. Redbridge council need to support small businesses.
