The RSPCA work very hard to save animals and unfortunately they are being fined for stopping on yellow lines to help assist injured animals. I was fined for stopping on a single yellow line whilst rescuing an injured bird.  My appeals have been rejected despite sending PATAS (Parking and Traffic Appeals Service) numerous letters with supported evidence from the RSPCA. Could you please help me to get this this petition started as I want to help to make their life and ours a bit easier.  Thank-you.
