For many years, the football posts that once stood proudly at South Park, in the South of Ilford, have been absent.

South Park was once a hang out spot for the young and old, a place for people to meet up, connect and most of all stay productive. There are many useful and necessary areas within South Park but the omission of the goal posts has effected the local community in many ways.

Football is a powerful tool that many can attest to being beneficial for your mental and physical health. It has also been proven to provide an outlet for those who may be indulging in less productive activities.

Our vision is to bring football home to South Park and provide a place for locals to play, train and add value to their lives. We are kindly asking for your support by signing this petition, which we will then submit to the necessary persons, and hopefully revive a space that benefitted many before us, and even more in the future.
