We know IBPS has recently published its PO recruitment notification 2016-17 of 19 nationalized bank including IDBI for 2016-17. In it the name of the banks are mentioned in bold & caps caption:- "PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATION" (REF- PAGE 1 POINT A of notification) and in where the name of Bank of Baroda & Bank of Maharastra is firmly mentioned also. As per the selection process the bank's name mentioned in this group should be liable to recruit probationary officers for 2016-17 through this process.

 IBPS has also mentioned a tentative vacancies for this year with a '*' marks mentioning "updated vacancy data"( ref:notification page-15) and surprisingly Bank of Baroda & BOM didn't give a single vacancy for this year.. 

Now it's a marvelous thing did by Bank of Baroda & BoM management, within a few week of IBPS Notification where BOB & BOM vacancy were absolutely zero, they created a 400X3=1200 & 500 PO vacancies respectively in just 7 days.Well it's a good initiative that they are employing so many candidates but through PGDBM plan. As their plan, one has to take the burden of 3.5 lac education loan which will have a complex calculation of future liabilities and then he can become a PO.

Also a candidate from low middle class can't even think to arrange 3.5 lac course package and this program is airing a clean message, if you want to come in this program take our loan burden. It's a complete unethical to not giving the vacancies to IBPS and to suppress vacancies for your special recruitment process for creating loan A/C.

Sir we all want to know is it a recruitment procedure of bank of baroda  & BOM or a business policy to create education loan a/c?

Though Bank of Baroda & Bank of Maharastra has hidden vacancies of 1200 (BMSB plan 2016-17) & 500 for PGDBM respectively, why their vacancy is mentioned Zero in IBPS?

And If BOB & BOM want to take their own recruitment process, why IBPS has mentioned their name in participating organization list of recruiting probationary officer?

Sir we know that IBPS organizes a sole examination process in which all banks participate under one umbrella within a professionally well-managed recruitment system. The system is very helpful for all the banking aspirants like us who dream to serve the Indian financial system. Such recruitment process what Bank of Baroda has arranged will demotivate our dreams.

So,therefore, this is the earnest request from all the banking aspirants in India to make a single examination system for recruiting Probationary officer through IBPS and not by any other special recruitment drive like BMSB/PGDBM arranged by BOB/BOM. And if Bank of baroda& BOM have vacancies for the year 2016-17, they has to take it through common recruitment process(IBPS) not by their own process. It is bank of baroda's liability in the terms of recruitment as they are still participating in IBPS procedure. 

We are earnestly requesting to MOF to take necessary steps in this regard with utmost haste.
