I hope this message finds you well, and I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for your continued support in our efforts to address the changes to our graduation ceremony.
Over the past weeks, I've engaged in several discussions with school administrators to voice our concerns. I have gathered that they our noticing our efforts, but it needs to be brought to the attention of higher staff. It's been suggested that emailing our superintendent and principal would help elevate the priority of this matter.

I am eager to gather your thoughts on potential improvements/things I can bring to the table that could make our end of the year better. Moreover, I'd like to draw your attention to a crucial upcoming event. There is a board meeting scheduled for 7 PM, January 23rd at the DSBN office building (191 Carlton St, St. Catharines).
