Reconsider location of rehabilitation center near Trail Creek Park

Living in the serene environment of Trail Creek Park/Noah Estate neighborhood, we cherish the tranquility and safety that our community offers. However, this peace is threatened by the proposal to establish a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation center right next to our neighborhood.
While wholeheartedly supporting the life-changing work that rehabilitation centers do, placing such a facility adjacent to a family neighborhood (with at least 5 in-home daycares and a park) raises significant concerns about safety, property value, and the overall quality of our community life. This decision does not consider the impact on the families and individuals who have made this neighborhood their home.
Statistics show that while rehabilitation centers play a vital role in helping individuals combat addiction, their locations must be carefully considered to ensure that they integrate smoothly into the surrounding community.
