Like many others, I hold the performance of the England's national team very close to my heart. For countless English folks, football is more than a sport - it's a passion, a part of our cultural fabric that unites us. However, recent events have led us to question the leadership and decision-making of current manager, Gareth Southgate.

Southgate has been at the helm since 2016, marking notable accomplishments, such as leading England to the semifinals of the 2018 World Cup (Source: FIFA). Yet, substantial concerns have risen over his ability to guide the team to victory. This discrepancy has made it difficult for many English fans to comprehend his actions, notably his selection choices and tactical approaches.

Despite significant talent on the squad, Southgate's tactics have frequently been scrutinised.
