This case has reached the judge President who gave a directive to the High Court, to make the Draught Order an order of the Court. This has been ignored and judgement has been held in reserve, without the presence of myself or my legal Representative being present. An email has been sent to all parties concerned informing them that the hearing takes place Tommorow morning at 10 in the High Court in East London Eastern Cape South Africa Members of the LPA and Bar Association are still misinterpreting ignorance arrogance and defiance as intelligence and paralyzing the SA judicial system.
