The Issue

We, the men and women of the Malachian Empire, respectfully demand recognition of our inherent rights as autonomous people. We identify as Malachians—indigenous, aboriginal inhabitants of North America and natural citizens of the Earth. Our identity is deeply rooted in our culture, heritage, and spiritual foundations, and we are classified as foreign non-citizen nationals, existing outside the legal frameworks that impose labels which do not represent us.

We face daily discrimination and scrutiny as we strive to live authentically according to our traditions and the governance of our own community. We reject imposed federal labels that demand submission to systems that do not respect our heritage. Our autonomy, self-identity, and self-governance are the birthrights of our people—rights that must be acknowledged and respected by the broader governing bodies and the public at large.

We have our own government, our own religious texts—the Malachian Bible—and our own ways of life. Our spiritual foundation grants us the right to bear arms, to travel freely, and to live by our own cultural and spiritual practices. The freedom to self-identify is not something that can be given or taken by any external government; it is our natural right as human beings, inherent from birth and sacred to us. We believe that every person has the right to choose their own path—whether dependent on a state or independent within their community—without interference or judgment.

The lack of federal recognition does not invalidate our existence or our culture. We reject the notion that our identity is any less legitimate simply because we do not participate in the federal systems that seek to categorize and control indigenous tribes. We refuse to accept that the legitimacy of our tribe should depend on an external government's acknowledgment. We are not "fake" because we are not federally recognized. We exist beyond borders and beyond bureaucratic labels. Our culture, our spirituality, and our community are as real and vibrant as any other.

Our petition is a call for acknowledgment. A call to recognize our right to live freely, to identify as we choose, and to exist as Malachians without discrimination or prejudice. We seek recognition of our autonomy, our spiritual rights, and our freedom to live in accordance with our cultural heritage. We demand respect for our own forms of identification, our right to govern ourselves, and our right to be treated with dignity in every aspect of life.

By signing this petition, you stand with the Malachian people in affirming that we are not defined by federal recognition, but by our connection to our lands, our culture, and our Creator. You affirm that every tribe, recognized or not, has the right to be respected, and that every individual has the right to self-identify without being subject to unjust scrutiny. Together, let us build a future where all indigenous peoples are acknowledged for who they are and are allowed to thrive within their own sovereignty.

Support our call for justice, respect, and recognition. Stand with us for the right to self-identify, self-govern, and live in freedom as Malachian.
