Implementing a more flexible visa policy will also help enhance workplace safety and satisfaction among these workers. By transitioning towards a system that allows for easier job mobility, the UAE can ensure that migrant workers are employed in positions that maximize their expertise and improve their quality of life. This reform could provide these workers with the empowerment they need to challenge restrictive norms and elevate their professional standing.
