We, the members of the United Empires of Alkebulan (UEOA), are a tribe and nation residing in America, consisting of an amalgamation of Descendants of American Chattel slavery, both indigenous melanated/Black/Afro descendant peoples and Black/Melanated/ African peoples, and we are requesting formal recognition as a tribe known as The United Empires of Alkebulan and each citizen thereof as Alkebulanians in the United States and internationally. As a proclaimed micro-nation, our mission is to unite Black people in America and beyond, empowering ourselves, celebrating our heritage, and creating spaces that enhance the well-being of our communities.
