Recall beachwalk condo Tampa 3 board members & Inframark employee
The Issue
My name is a Janette Delli Sante a homeowner who has been living in the Beachwalk Condos Tampa community for a long time. The longtime , and recent conduct and actions taken by our board members Eric Perez, Sergio Rojas, Stephen Brown have affected us negatively. Homeowners are truly fed up. The board president Eric Perez especially is to blame. He is a dictator. Owners have no voice at all. All we see is massive amounts of MONEY being spent on frivolous items to BEAUTIFY COMMUNITY and IGNORING MAINTENANCE ISSUES.
The old management companies PBM and Castle group and current management INFRAMARK THROUGHOUT THE YEARS Have NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED BUILDINGS AND COMMUNITY OVER ALL.
As per Florida statute it is the board FIDUCIARY DUTY to fix units and property maintain community overall.
The current board and management above have FAILED US wholeheartedly.
The names listed above are negligence, liable, liars, thieves, corrupt, and divisive THUGS. Owners also are aware of kickbacks with Great Dane landscaping, and 24/7 Restoration.
The fire panels in all buildings have failed for years. Alarms going off at anytime. The local fire department has come out a lot. Piper fire is the current provider to maintain here. They are pathetic. We have had to pay (owners) to have a 3rd party watch buildings.
The current board and management cannot stop spending 💰 on a daily basis.
They have chosen to beautiful community while ignoring units, buildings, roofs, boardwalk, pool, and fire panels
They now want owners to pay thousands in assessments for their lack of upholding their fiduatary duties as per Fl.statute.
Owners deserve better. With the new law on Florida coming soon all condos must be fully funded. Now with 2 hurricanes and the fact that Eric Perez will and has seemed different insurance companies we have sky high rates. He also spent a load of money for upgrades to community which now will make our insurance worse for community. That means high Coa dues and now we must pay thousands in assessments.
These names above are truly the worst of the worst and need removal. They have zero respect for owners. They spend , spend, spend.
They pay attorneys to take your units so one of the board members Stephen Brown a Fl realtor can list it and possibly buy unit.
They also have a corrupt fining committee. Where the property manager runs it and gives opinions and meets with panel. Which is a conflict of interest and corrupt.
This board also a.selective enforcement. If they hate you they will take a knife and ram it into you
This is corruption at its best. The worst of worst.
Additionally, Misty Gordon's tasks performance at Inframark is unsatisfactory, leading to negative impacts on us residents. Therefore, with this petition, we plead for the recall of these board members as well as the termination of Misty Gordon's employment with Inframark.
The Beachwalk community deserves representatives who uphold our best interests and work with an intent to enhance the quality of life for all residents. A strong homeowners association like ours with great board members should always assess, protect, and improve the community's standards. The performance of the officials currently in place is falling short of these goals. Similarly, through our interactions, it has become clear that Misty Gordon's approach has not been beneficial to us nor to our community but instead further hinders our quality of life.
In addition to replacing these representatives, we need new leaders who believe in transparency, proper communication, and fair practices for all homeowners. We residents should not live to worry constantly about issues that those we've entrusted to lead should handle.
For the sake of the community’s sanity, safety, and prosperity, join us in this plea. Help us by signing this petition to recall the Beachwalk board members Eric Perez, Sergio Rojas, Stephen Brown and terminate Misty Gordon's employment with Inframark. We will have foreclosures, short sales and a lot of quick claims. Our units are unsellable.
Our buildings could of gone on fire. Panels don't work. Board and inframark has put our safety at risk for years!
