Rebooting of PokerStars’ ‘The Big Game’ game show!
The Issue
This petition is to garnish interest/support for the rebooting of the game show style high stakes poker show, “The Big Game”
The Big Game was presented by Pokerstars.net. It consisted of 115 episodes and aired from June 2010 to July 2011. It was hosted by Amanda Leatherman (Negreanu), commentators: Chris Rose and Joe Stapleton and produced by Marker Mayer and M&M Productions.
The Big Game in retrospect was cancelled at the end of what many poker enthusiasts consider “the golden age of poker”. The show itself, had arguably the best format of any poker based television series to this day. With the massive resurgence of poker in the last five years, it’s time to reboot PokerStars The Big Game, as we usher in a new golden age for poker.
