This action is important because:

On the hearsay of an vindictive plaintiff who was questioned by the defendant Angie Lynn Morgan about the care of the animals she kept in her home. The enraged and angry plaintiff sought revenge and accused Angie Lynn Morgan a animal rescuer of a crime of moral turpitude to a third party the Humane Society of Whitney County of Indiana, the plaintiff has committed defamation of character against the accused person to be untrue. The director Rebecca Stephens here has refused to address the evidence of pictures and videos showing the care and condition in which these animals are being kept in and cared for.

The Humane Society on hearsay and without just cause seized all her animals along with her pets and will not return them and they refuse her calls. Angie Lynn Morgan just wants her babies back and not have them put to death the babies and animals that were under her protection and keep, due to the callous behavior of another person who just wants to seek revenge and inflict hurt and humiliation on Angie Lynn Morgan.

Dear Rebecca Stephens (Director of Humane Society of Whitley County)

We, the petitioners, have learned of an extremely disturbing and malicious case of false allegations of animal cruelty in which the defendant Angie Lynn Morgan was accused of deliberately causing the suffering and death of the animals in her care at her place of residence. This alleged incident did not occur as per the vindictive plaintiff states, there are pictures and videos clearly showing the animals are in good health and well cared for.

It has been brought to our attention that you Rebecca Stephens have refused to acknowledge this evidence or take the calls of this desperate pet owner. Where? Is your heart these babies mean the world to this frantic animal and pet owner.

Please allow me to elaborate. As members of the communities throughout the US representing the decent and honest animal abuse advocates and pet owners alike, we all share the same beliefs, laws, and morals, but when one person defames another person like Angie Lynn Morgan an advocate for animals with certain allegations, assertions and other false accusations and derogatory statements that were made against her as to the care of her animals in her home

It is in poor taste and shows such a gross lack of respect for both responsible and loving animal owners, and for the animal abuse advocate communities throughout that are always working so hard to rescue and keep animals safe in their care. We are reacting with concern for the innocent animal seized that now have become potential victims of these misleading lies, who include the victimization of Angie Lynn Morgan the animal and pet owner.

This arises out of a disagreement between these two parties about the appropriate care of the animals in the plaintiff’s care.  The first party here, the plaintiff, was angry and in addition annoyed by a post on social media, that was posted by defendant so the plaintiff then decided she would seek revenge and get even by contacting the Humane Society and misleading authorities to cause harm and the humiliation of the defendant Angie Lynn Morgan by falsely accusing the defendant Angie Lynn of animal abuse and having her removed from her place of residence, and therefore the authorities could seize her animals and the plaintiff got her cruel revenge.

The Humane Society and the authorities did not show just cause prior to taking such actions. The plaintiff knowingly hurt the defendant Angie Lynn Morgan and all the parties involved are subject to libel and defamation of character on the hearsay of this plaintiff

The authorities and the Humane Society did not investigate the complaint of animal abuse prior to seizing the animals in this case. There are often are extenuating circumstances that may cause a violation of the animal owner rights, (if the Humane Society and the authorities had determined that such conditions did exist prior to their seizure.) but when the behavior of the plaintiff is subject to perpetration of a fraud, and causes such hardship on the pet owner along with the well-being and health of both the animal owner and the pets, you must take the appropriate action.

Ultimately, the plaintiff has been talking defamatorily to all parties involved seeking her revenge. Such behaviours are potentially indicative of future actions by this plaintiff, and this callous disregard, demonstrates the lethal behavior of this plaintiff, that needs to be addressed rather than dismissed.

By her actions, the plaintiff intentionally and willfully inflicted emotional distress on the defendant, Angie Lynn Morgan.

The goal of an average evil person is to make the life of those around them as miserable as they can - without doing enough to attract the retribution they richly deserve.

This plaintiff is cloaked in plausible deniability of the truth and criminal charges should be brought against her. The plaintiff can see that the death of these innocent animal that will come about as her direct result of deliberate malicious behavior and willful actions; she willed it, and it’s going to happen.

We are standing up for fellow animal lovers and we demand an investigation.

Please respect the victims by penalizing the guilty (the plaintiff) and demonstrate your commitment to justice, responsibility, and integrity, attributes unquestionably necessary in an {law enforcement} setting: rejecting cruelty by maintaining an unyielding position towards it would be a model for all community members and would serve to characterize this type of behaviour as both impermissible and punishable by the law.

Please prosecute the offender (the plaintiff) accordingly. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.

P.S. It is our obligation to protect the innocent and we want the matter at hand resolved in a timely fashion.
