So this petition is to raise awareness of domestic animal abuse and cases of repeated abuse of animals and make this a thing of the past in the uk 

I read recently a number of states in USA have signed a bill that offenders of animal abuse are registered like sex offenders.

Now for this to work In the UK any  offenders that have be tried and comited of the act of abuse to pets should not only be registered but have an instant ban on ever owning an animal ever again and then be registered and then access to those registers can be checked by anyone that maybe a like a breeder or someone selling pets and also Re-homing agency's and charities and that proof of checks have been made to insure they can never treat animals in hurendous ways again.
