Reassign Miss Janel St. Louis to Her Original Classroom

Reassign Miss Janel St. Louis to Her Original Classroom
The Issue
Miss Janel St. Louis, a beloved and competent educator, was abruptly removed from her teaching role in the 3/4yr old classroom and repositioned - an action that was not reflective of her capabilities or dedication. This sudden change has caused disruption in the lives of the children she once taught, including that of my son, a 4-year-old child with autism. With just a single day's notice, Miss St. Louis was relocated because of issues in the school system that were beyond her influence.
Without a doubt, consistency is a crucial element in the growth and development of every child. This is even more accurate and essential in the case of children with autism. It is stated that these children require consistency to help them get a better grasp of their environment, manage their behavior, and improve their learning ability (Harvard Health Blog, 2017). Hence, the abrupt departure of Miss St. Louis from her original classroom risks disrupting the normalcy that these children need.
Miss St. Louis is a vibrant soul, her passion for teaching apparent in her interactions with her students. She has become a stable and positive fixture in these children's lives. Unjustly uprooted from her rightful place due to circumstances beyond her control, it is imperative that we request the reinstatement of Miss St. Louis to her original classroom.
Let us champion for the rights of our kids, the stability they need, and for the devoted educators who help mold their futures. Reinstate Miss Janel St. Louis and bring her back to where she belongs. Sign this petition if you stand with us in supporting stability, passion in teaching, and fairness in our education system.
