Proposals and parking charges

I urge you to look at the new proposals here. The first document contains the proposed pay and display charges. £3.10 for two hours! And then the added stress of delayed appointments and parking fines. I'm disgusted that the council is going ahead with the pay and display and that people visiting the hospital will have to pay such extortionate fees. Nevermind the students who work for nothing who won't be able to park on site during the day or on the road.
