E Palomino Blvd road is riddled with potholes, between N Fountain Hills Blvd and E Burro Dr, for a quarter mile. This is the main entry to our neighborhood.

The road noise continues to increase due to potholes and uneven surfaces and people are driving in the bike lane to avoid the holes, compromising the safety of walkers and cyclists. This unsightly entry to our community impacts property values and attractiveness.

Our property and state taxes are not being used to properly maintain our neighborhood roads. Fountain Hills has attempted quick-fix solutions like pothole refilling that have only worsened the condition of the road. This road needs a full repavement.

We appeal to our local council to conduct a thorough repavement of this road rather than applying band-aid fixes that are costly and fail within a year while new potholes continue to crater.
