The Wilmington city counsel cut off a family advocate who was summarizing the facts and requesting a full investigation to the “maximum extent” as former Chief Ron Cravens promised in his written letter to Greg Pitzer of an “assiduous review”.

The City Counsel President asked what Casey Pitzer’s case has to do with Wilmington City Counsel, once it was stated that the reason was because the case has been reopened (by the city) the President stated “your time is up”. Even though it had been less than two minutes of the allotted 3 minutes per City speaking policy. Even though other speakers were allowed to go over the policy’s stated three minutes and they were uninterrupted. It is obvious that the city of Wilmington does not want to address the felonies committed by investigators during Casey’s investigation where the evidence was destroyed.

The city got word from BCI to reopen the case in August but the Pitzer family was not informed by the city and we found out through other sources over a month later after BCI sent the letter to the city.

Here is the video of the counsel meeting. Casey’s Pitzer’s case and issues was brought up at the end of this video.
