The Wilmington Police department and Sheriff’s Office drug the pond Casey was found in with hooks. They found what they believed was a hair. Investigators sent the evidence to a forensic lab for review. It’s came back that it was only a dried piece of grass.

According to the report and case file, on and around Casey’s body when she was found included:

  1. Clothes Casey was wearing, pants, shirt, hoodie, etc.
  2. What appears to be a clump of grass in one of Casey’s hand.
  3. A rope was located next to her body in the water
  4. Along with a Milk crate that was listed as being 4.3 feet away from her.

None of these four key and critical pieces of evidence was ever documented, analyzed, or preserved. ANY competent investigator would know better than to dismiss or destroy this type of evidence. Clinton County investigators committed felonies by destroying the evidence before the conclusion of the case.

FBI’s Nathan Holbrook & BCI’s James Lowe, can the family and Casey’s supporters get some answers? According to the evidence and facts it sure appears to be another very poor cover up by the Clinton County Mafia, well worthy of federal charges.

Courtney King @ Fox19, where you at? The family still awaits your promised follow up story. Why did you ghost the family on your promises? Why did you lie to grieving families?

This isn’t over….
