Rylan Harbst, was accused and charged April 2021 of MANY charges of sexual abuse, supplying alcohol to a minor and indecent acts with a child. Since then, multiple other woman (most minors) have came forward about the same thing happening to them! The police seized his phone and found incriminating messages with a minor and she even admitted to the sexual abuse! They've received a confession video from Rylan Harbst himself, from one of the victims, some have had a rape test done and still, some how they allowed him to take a plea bargain JANUARY 30th 2023 pleading guilty to supplying alcohol to minors, and DISMISSED all sexual abuse/ rape/ indecent contact with a minor charges only making him serve 30 days in jail, and a year of probation! This is not the justice these young ladies deserve! There bodies and minds will be forever altered from this monster! And whose to say he wont do it again, since all he got was a slap on the wrist, even though At least 5 women came forward! The dickinson county court house and the judge John Sandy, are at fault for this malicious prosecution and this isn't the first time recently that sexual abuse cases are being dismissed here in Dickinson County Iowa!
