Bet365, a renowned online gambling company, has a huge customer base in Ghana. Unfortunately, due to betting taxes, Bet365 discontinued its services in our country. Today, many avid users are left stranded and yearning for the return of Bet365's quality, reliable services. Given a 2016 survey by GeoPoll indicating that Ghana is Africa's second-biggest spender on sports betting, transacting an estimated $50 million daily, it is therefore a viable market. The Ghana government has since done away with betting taxes, thereby clearing the major hurdle that previously influenced Bet365's exit. We urge Bet365 to consider the current favorable business environment and the eager customer base in Ghana.
