Kingston Council is spinning a tale about its planned new leisure centre that simply does not stack up

We have raised one third of the £3000 needed to get a legal opinion and, as appropriate, to send a legal letter to the council questioning the basis of the planning committee's approval of its own plans to build a new leisure centre on the site of The Kingfisher

We only need 100 people to donate £20 or 50 people to donate £40 to have the money we need to tell Jenny Wigley to start work

Jenny Wigley and Ricardo Gama at Leigh Day already wrote one letter to Kingston Council that made them start putting together a strategy for leisure services across the Borough and agree to provision of a new leisure centre on the Kingfisher site.

But it turns out that another letter is needed because the new leisure centre is going to cost more than the council can afford and is not what it was cut out to be. 

As residents who will be affected by these plans and their huge cost, we need the help of legal experts to ask the council to reconsider their decision
