You were targeted for each and every issue pertaining to Covid spread and we understand how difficult  it is to handle such a large population like India to control and eradicate a global pandemic.

Vaccination Drive  did have glitches including the Cowin app. Many senior citizens have simple keypad mobile and not smart phone to access the app. Some of the senior citizens live alone as children are abroad.

Keeping these factors in view it would be great if you can provide a call centre system wherein senior citizens can register for vaccines by making a call and give their Aadhar card instead of using the app. Also specially disabled with vision issues cannot use the app.

You may Also consider vaccinating senior citizens at their home instead of asking them to go to nearby centre's as they are prone to risk of contacting covid in the process. If you can work on a plan to vaccinate senior citizens  at the comfort of their home it would be faster and safer.

Do hope you will consider my suggestions proactively and do the needful.
