CHAPTER 1
RARIO'S STRUCTURE: RARIO.COM and D3.CLUB
Rario deals in buying and selling Cricket Player NFT cards through their own Public Marketplace at Rario.com website. There are 4 types of Cricket Player NFT cards in Rario.
Black NFT Player Cards minted by Rario at $200 (approx) had $100 minimum selling price at marketplace with a maximum supply of 50 cards.
Gold NFT Player Cards minted by Rario at $50 (approx) had $25 minimum selling price at marketplace with a maximum supply of 500 cards.
Silver NFT Player Cards minted by Rario at $10 (approx) had $5 minimum selling price at marketplace with a maximum supply of 5,000 cards.
Bronze NFT Player Cards minted by Rario at $2 (approx) had $1 minimum selling price at marketplace with a maximum supply of 50,000 cards.
Rario minted NFTs by selling NFT Packs (Multiple NFT Cards) and Picks (Single NFT Cards) directly to users. A user then sells these Lifetime Utility NFT Player Cards to another user, where the selling user sets the selling price strategized by their own need and by the supply and demand in the Rario Public Marketplace. A major factor influencing the prices was the limited supply cap placed at each tier. Rario earns income by selling NFT cards through Packs/Picks and through a commission when a user sells an NFT card to another user.
Through Rario’s D3.club Platform, Rario hosts D3 Contests, based on globally occurring cricket matches. In a D3 contest, a user selects 3 Cricket Player NFT cards from the user’s vault (where all purchased cards are stored) to win money from a well-balanced and distributed Prize Pool, just like Dream11's Mega Contests. This D3 Platform is the main utility promoted everywhere by Rario. The Prize Pool in each D3 contest directly influences the price and value of the NFT cards in our Vault, Marketplace, and cards that Rario Mints due to supply and demand mechanisms. Later, Rario also introduced Bonus Money, an amount that has a separate balance from Real Money. This Bonus amount could only be used to purchase cards that Rario Mints. However, that Bonus Money couldn't be used on its own unless we use our own money equally along with the Bonus Money in a 50-50 ratio.
CHAPTER 2
RARIO'S TRAP TO THE HOPEFUL, ASPIRANTS, AND VULNERABLE.
Rario created interest through long-term investment opportunities on the NFT platform in the name of cricket. I, and thousands of others, joined Rario and made investments in the Cricket Player NFT cards for the Vision of long-term investments and returns as promised by Rario.
TRAP # 1: Top Cricket Stars With Rario: Credible names in Indian Cricket like Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Smriti Mandhana, Rishabh Pant, Anil Kumble, Zaheer Khan, Dinesh Karthik, KL Rahul, Mohammad Siraj, Axar Patel, Ishan Kishan, etc. Along with International Cricketers such as David Warner, Pat Cummins, Rashid Khan, Kane Williamson, Quinton de Kock, Faf du Plessis, Shakib Al Hasan, Wanindu Hasaranga, Jason Holder, Sikandar Raza & Aaron Finch to name a few, were officially “Rario Player Ambassadors” which gained Immense Trust in users, and I was one of them. Hence, I felt safe & secure to invest in Rario.
TRAP # 2: Top Cricket Boards With Rario: Rario partnered with Official Cricket Regulating Bodies of Countries like Australia, New Zealand, Zimbabwe, Ireland, and Afghanistan to name a few.
TRAP # 3: Top Cricket Leagues With Rario: Rario Officially partnered with Top Cricket leagues such as:
Caribbean Premier League
Big Bash League
Lanka Premier League
Abu Dhabi T10
Legends League Cricket
Women's Big Bash League
Men's Super Smash
Women's Super Smash
TRAP # 4: Top Cricket Commentators With Rario: Rario brought in the Biggest Commentators like Aakash Chopra, Danny Morrison, Shaun Pollock, Tom Moody, Jatin Sapru, Gaurav Kapoor, etc. for their digital content and shows.
TRAP # 5: IPL Teams With Rario: Later, Rario also Officially Partnered with IPL Teams Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Kolkata Knight Riders, Punjab Kings, & Gujarat Titans. Rario also printed Official Fan Badges of Cricket Players Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, Shikhar Dhawan, Sam Curran, Mohammad Shami, etc.
TRAP # 6: Sachin Tendulkar With Rario: Sachin Tendulkar invested an “Undisclosed Amount” in Rario. Sachin Tendulkar, regarded as “the God of Cricket” by the world, became an Ambassador of Rario. On Sachin’s 50th Birthday, Rario Sold Special Edition Sachin Tendulkar NFTs to the public. International Cricketers Dinesh Karthik and Zaheer Khan bought Sachin Tendulkar’s Player NFT cards and shared them on social media.
Such constant Reputed Partnerships and Promising Associations at the Topmost Level and Scale by Rario further cemented the Trust of a long-term journey with Rario. Almost the Entire Cricket Community came forward & spoke ”Excitement, Bright Future, Big Winnings & Invest Now” about Rario NFTs. Hence, users like me took this platform very seriously and invested further as they launched more NFT cards. During these early stages, Rario had extensive coverage of Cricket Contests hosted on the D3 Platform.
CHAPTER 3
RARIO SPREADING ITS WEB TO USERS
Before the World’s Biggest Cricket Carnival, The Indian Premier League 2023, many users were already Deeply and Heavily invested in Rario. During the IPL 2023, Rario gave a Balanced and Rewarding Prize Pool per match in the D3 Contest. But in a few games, Rario abnormally gave a massive Prize Pool for the top few ranks & ran promotions of that prize money throughout the IPL 2023 to bring even more users. Rario has always used False Advertising & Bait-and-Switch Tactics. During IPL 2023, Rario minted Unlimited NFT Cards across all tiers, further scaling the investments of the users, which eventually led to a Total Collapse in the Marketplace. Immediately after IPL 2023 ended, everything started to fade out abruptly.
Major Key points of Rario's Fraudulent, Illegal, Exploitative & Deficient Operations:
1. Fake Promises: Rario promised lifetime usability of all Rario Player Cards even after the players have retired. Rario announced that apart from D3, Rario is coming with Rario Premier League Video Game, Arcade Games like Trump Cards, & many more games but none of these games were ever made. Rario announced Kabaddi will be coming soon & we have heard nothing about it since then. Rario had announced Unique Tier cards & auction-style player drops but nothing happened.
2. Exclusivity Violated: Rario charged a high premium for the exclusivity of cards in the beginning. Rario exclaimed words such as Exclusive, Limited Time, Last Chance, etc during all Packs & Picks drops. A few months later when the cards got sold out & there was high demand for the cards in the marketplace, Rario sold more cards of the same players in different franchises they represented. Rario changed & manipulated its limited supply statement by that it’s for each franchise. A few more months later when those cards also got sold out, Rario again changed its limited supply stance by saying limited supply for each year in each franchise. Throughout the years, Rario used all of the rights it had not only from the present but also from the past to keep minting as many NFTs as it could & sell as much as it could to reap profits.
3. Overprinting Of NFTs: From IPL 2023 onwards, Rario selfishly started Unlimited printing of NFT cards, creating a situation of excess Supply of NFT cards everywhere from Vault to Marketplace. Rario even launched special contests only during IPL 2023, in which only newly purchased cards can be used to join contests to make sure people don't stop buying cards. These Unfair Trade Practices led by the overprinting of cards, reduced their demand and the NFT card values slashed Drastically. It resulted in only Rario Irresponsibly selling cards & No Buyers for Any Normal User selling at the Marketplace. When the IPL 2023 ended, Rario found another way to sell cards. Without prior notice, Rario suddenly ended 3-player card contests and started 4 & 5 player card contests deviating from their 3-player teams structure. In the D3.Club website, people were again made ineligible to join contests if they didn’t spend even more on buying.
4. Bonus Money: When Bonus money was introduced, Rario decreased the Real Money from the Prize Pool & replaced it with the Bonus money to keep the total Prize Pool same in D3 contests. Except for some occasions, Rario mostly distributed 50% Real Money & 50% Bonus Money from the Prize Pool. For users to make any use of that 50% Bonus Money won, 50% Real (Deposit or Winnings) Money is Required to be spent along. Rario Bonus could only be used to buy cards directly sold by Rario causing it to be one of the biggest drivers of Marketplace collapse. Rario gave investors less buying options at Picks & Packs Drops at the times when Bonus was about to expire. Bonus money is considered, by Rario, to completely be equal in value to Real Money but with an expiry date. Rario kept delaying the expiry date of Bonus every 15 or 30 days & put users in pressure to quickly use it before it expired. To date, People have hundreds of Rario Bonus sitting in their wallets, unusable, which came via Winnings or Referrals, & are awaiting to be withdrawn. Due to Rario’s Fraudulent model, most of the users were always reinvesting their winnings. A few times, Rario tried to enforce more than 70% Bonus & less than 30% Cash in prize pools (including Elite contests) but due to massive outrage by users, Rario had to revert back on each occasion.
5. No Customer Support: Instead of responsible Customer Service, Rario Unethically used Anonymous users to act as Customer Support Staff, Regulators, Administrators & Moderators who handled confidential information of the users such as Identity Cards, Bank Documents & other Credentials. Most early & essential information such as contests, rule changes, announcements, taxes & finance were provided while hiding behind anonymous platforms like Twitter Spaces, Discord, & Telegram through Unidentified Discord & Telegram Admins with usernames such as Gamechanger, Striker, Avalanche, NFTCricket, Cheetoes, Mollydooker, Adarsh, etc. All of these platforms allowed deleting complete chat history leaving no trace or “message was deleted” being shown. They consistently withheld complete information, employing a “Sell First and Tell Later” strategy, & conveniently contradicting their own claims later. The support staff & admins were quick to resolve issues that stopped users from investing & extremely slow to resolve the rest of the issues. The support staff & admins changed their names regularly to avoid responsibility, for example, an admin named “NFTcricket” changed it to “CrickTI.” Hence, the system, staff & admins were almost impossible to be made accountable. This Anonymity in Accountability from the entire Rario Management confirms that they were aware of being involved in Illicit Activities from the beginning. This is terrible because they had our private data & asked for more in Email, Discord & Telegram during issues. This Ambiguity became a reason for some more Scams on users who claimed that they shared details only with Admins while Rario disowned them & called them fake.
6. Unsafe KYC: Rario's KYC system was completely out of order & Highly Vulnerable. The KYC process was not mentioned clearly for most countries except India. At different intervals after the end of IPL 2023, Rario told all the users & sometimes select users, to do KYC but refused to give answers on what has happened in the system & why are we repeatedly being asked to do KYC, raising deep concerns regarding the Security of our Sensitive information that we have given to Rario. Many users’ reviews of KYC & Bank Details failed but Rario never provided the reason why it failed & how the same details got approved later. I feel unsafe & foresee irresponsible misconduct with all the personal data.
7. No Accountability For Safety: Hackers were allowed to hack other users with Rario taking no Accountability whatsoever. Only an Account's Password & Email address were required to completely hack any user. Rario did not implement any other user login security protocols such as 2 Factor Authentication or OTP. Unfortunately, a Few Rario accounts were hacked and all the Money & NFT cards of affected users were totally lost. This raised Serious Questions about Rario's Intentions. It is Highly Worrying to think about who has the access to Emails and Password data of Rario Accounts. Consequently, it is possible that many Accounts can be hacked and in the end, Rario will only release a statement in the name of a “Data Leak'' with all NFT cards and Money Vanishing away, causing Extensive Security, Financial, and Emotional Damage to the Users.
8. Lack Of Basic Security Features: Rario didn’t even implement a Fundamental & Highly Effective Security Feature during Login, which is the “Security Captcha.” We all have encountered this Essential Feature on the Majority of Websites. This Simple step Filters out Bots from Infiltration and Safeguards Accounts from Unauthorized Logins. Meanwhile, Rario was maintaining its focus on spending crores on Acquiring Customers & Signing Ambassadors. Due to the lack of security, whenever an NFT card was listed at an extremely cheap sale price, several Bots & Suspicious Users (Potentially Deployed by Rario) Immediately Exploited by Buying that card on the Marketplace In Lightning Speeds. There were also dozens of voices who reported hundreds of NFT transactions on the Marketplace which can clearly be counted as suspicious, if not scam. Instead of taking appropriate action, Rario perpetually ignored & delayed such cases as if Rario wanted Sales & Commission Revenue from any source to be Legal or Illegal. Rario has even celebrated such impractical sales on its social media handles by calling them top transactions of the week. By not taking action on the user reports of several incidents, Rario has indirectly supported the irregularities in the system. In this way, Rario gave Advantages to such Users who used Wrongful Manipulative Techniques to trade Unfairly and as a result, normal Users like us suffered.
9. Cryptocurrency Role: Rario had Initially allowed Cryptocurrencies to purchase cards in Rario despite the authorities having Deep Concerns regarding the Safety & Security of the Money & System. After many months, Rario stopped all kinds of Cryptocurrencies Deposits. One of the Suspiciously unanswered questions was, “Are International Cryptocurrency Users buying Rario Minted cards using Illegal money or Inflated valued Cryptocurrencies?” Still, there's very little transparency about Cryptocurrency’s role in Rario.
10. Withdrawals: Officially, No one was allowed to Withdraw for months. Even when the Withdrawals were allowed, Mass Withdrawals Failed due to Rario’s wrong Withdrawal Mechanisms. Almost all banks were declining the withdrawals which proved that only Rario’s system was responsible. Rario took even more weeks to resolve the Withdrawal issues hence depriving users of withdrawing their own Money from Rario. “Why did the Banks Decline the withdrawals?” and “What wrong was with the source of money that Banks refused to process?” are the questions Rario never gave an answer to. Even now, Withdrawals are full of issues. It was a norm to wait for months before receiving withdrawals whereas it was out of the ordinary for someone to receive a withdrawal in a week. Surprisingly, Deposits into Rario were always unaffected & extremely smooth, even during Server Maintenance times. Modes of payment methods accepted for deposits (Wallets, UPI, etc) were always many times more than the Withdrawal methods. Purposefully complicating the withdrawals, in comparison to instant deposits, clearly shows the Unethical Manipulation of Rario. Along with Bonus Money & Overprinting techniques, Rario was always a One-Way Traffic for only depositing, with negligible withdrawals actually happening. While claiming commission-free withdrawals, Users mostly received withdrawals at rates that differed from Forex Rates of USD-INR suggesting corruption even at the level of 2-4 rupees per dollar being withdrawn.
11. Rario Unfair Selling Practices: Rario recklessly Minted new cards which dwarfed the values of the NFT cards purchased by users. NS23 Boost, International OGs, IPL OGs & Sachin Tendulkar Cards are some examples of such Unfair Planned Obsolescence on Users. Rario’s Motto was Selling First & Telling Later about NFTs and their Utilities. Rario Sold Cards but the information about its utility was always given days or even weeks later, in some cases never given at all. Because of such new cards by Rario, along with a 50% Bonus & 50% Real Money D3 Prize Pool distribution, Users were hardly left with any money. Hence Practically, Public’s Marketplace was never allowed to make any profit due to Rario’s Direct Minting & Overprinting. Rario's Minting always oversupplied demand in the Marketplace via Packs/Picks.
12. Resemblance with MLM Pyramid: Rario never did anything to solve these Fundamental issues, but instead told the users to Refer New Users which would Propel the Demand of the Marketplace, making this option the only way to make a profit for the existing users. This Referring MLM strategy remained as the last Suggestion given to the users, to bring in more users into the trap. Even while answering questions, “How can I sell my card?” & “How will this economy recover?” instead of factual answers, users were only told to refer more users. In this Invite Strategy, Rario functioned like an MLM Scam where a user, to get back their money, has to bring in more users into the Platform. Rario has been refusing our Refund Rights all this while.
13. Anti-Climax Of Rario: Rario reduced the D3 Contests Prize Pool per match drastically after IPL 2023. Subsequently, Rario constantly continued to decrease the Prize Pool at regular intervals. Rario also reduced D3 Contests coverage tournament by tournament. People continued to suffer mentally, emotionally & financially. Lack of money affected many families even for essential expenses such as EMI payments, health expenses & even Taxes. Many had borrowed money from relatives but were unable to return, hence damaging their respect & reputation. Lack of the right options & resources led many to a downward spiral of Negative emotions & actions… Eventually, from January 23, 2024, there were no D3 contests held at all, which Crushed the values of our Cricket Player NFT Cards, making them Practically Worthless.
14. End Of Rario: Rario is deliberately discouraging & frustrating users by complicating everything & using every manipulative tactic to suppress the expectations of the NFT investors. During the initial stages of Collapse, Rario suppressed dozens of registered complaints in Discord by deleting the entire customer support ticket IDs, complaints, chats & even muting/blocking accounts across Telegram & Discord when they asked valid questions. The questions were identical to the ones that are being raised in this document.
Each of the mentioned points includes violations of hundreds of laws, sections, provisions & much more across India, Australia & rest of the world. Rario has implemented several more Inconsistent & Unfair Policies, demonstrating Insensitivity & Immorality in their Legal & Illegal actions. Some of the other discrepancies are inaccurately reporting TDS to the governments, not allowing pdf download of all teams joined in the contests which would have brought transparency, fictitious or suspiciously registered names of some users, inconsistencies & faults in transaction history that even Rario’s Staffs had to admit several times, USDC, automatically generating but not allowing to change indecent team names even once, etc.
CHAPTER 4
RARIO’S EVER-CHANGING MASK UNLEASHED
Everything was going downhill and the market totally crashed, with no hope to sell all of my NFT cards to get my investment back and make an exit. All of the users were expecting a Rectification from Rario by Resumption of covering Cricket Tournaments & Matches like the NZ Super Smash, LLC, SA20, & ILT20 in the D3 Platform and an Increase in the petty Prize Pool of each contest with proper distribution of prize money. Shockingly on January 23, 2024, Rario announced their Complete Shutdown of their NFT platform and D3 Contest games. Rario stated that they will launch a new platform which will not be an NFT platform and also stated that the Cricket NFT cards currently owned by Users are no longer functional and will completely be discontinued in the D3 platform. Rario also announced that they will be giving “additional perks benefits'' on the upcoming gaming platform to the existing users.
This announcement was a direct display of Fraud by Rario. The fact that I, amongst the Long and Loyal users of Rario, who have Invested hard-earned Money and Valuable Time in the NFT cards, cannot get the NFT card's monetary value back is an act of Cheating and Breach Of Trust. I bought the NFT Cards as Rario had used the trust of users on their Credible Associations & claims like Forever D3 Coverage. Rario had also promised repeatedly that these cards are for Lifetime and that users invest in them for the long-term. Rario has been Highly Unreliable, constantly changing their stances, and Defying Promises on every occasion in which there is an issue with the users, and I have been a victim of their Fraudulent Operations & Promises since Day 1. However, Rario's shutdown announcement left us totally Devastated, because we were worried about our Total Loss in the Investments made on the platform.
A few days after Rario's shutdown was announced, they shared an update on January 24, 2024, that they will be announcing plans of compensation for “some of the users” who suffered losses. Let me Reiterate the Supreme Fact that not just “some of the users” as mentioned by Rario, but Every Single user in Rario is facing losses as we have a huge number of Unsold & Unusable NFT cards in our vaults varying from Bronze to Black, and there are No Buyers due to Rario's Deficiency, Mismanagement, and Fraudulent activities.
By then, every user of Rario was feeling Thugged, Emotionally Drained, Financially Looted, and Cheated. We vented our Desperate requests for this Injustice to Rario in every way possible. Seeing Massive Public Outrage, Rario again changed its stance on February 1, 2024. Rario announced that seeing the User’s feedback, Rario will continue their NFT Platform & hold D3 contests. Rario brought back the D3 Contests, however didn’t increase the Prize Pool, but removed the Bonus Money. Rario’s two announcements are great examples of Rario’s double standards. Rario’s Attempt to end the promised Lifetime Utility is Sufficient Evidence of Rario’s Malicious Intentions & a Sufficient Reason for Rario to issue Immediate Refunds, potentially enforced by Relevant Authorities. To date, Rario is continuing this cycle of slowly decreasing prize pools, skipping leagues, unclear communications & malfunctioned financial structure. In short, all this while, Rario is Disgustingly playing with Users’ Emotions.
CHAPTER 5
THE UGLY TRUTH OF RARIO: WHAT A USER KNOWS & CONCLUDES
- Rario is Deficient and Operates Deceivingly by engaging in Illegal Activities that violate the Law.
- Rario doesn’t care about us, the Loyal Users. Rario Blatantly Plays with our Emotions.
- Rario is not Reliable, Trustworthy, Logical, or Sensible in any way possible.
- Rario Spent Hundreds of Crores on signing high-profile ambassadors but didn't adhere to the Fundamental Safety & Security Rules established by relevant Regulatory Authorities.
- Rario first planned to Win Trust in every way, then planned to Loot us with ease in every way.
- We all want our NFT cards to be Refunded and Rario is not providing it. Rario is prolonging the Shutdown of its NFT and D3 Platform to avoid the Full Refund of NFT Cards to the users.
- Rario is not increasing the Prize Pool for D3 Contests. This means Rario is not interested in increasing demand for the NFT cards. Eventually, this means that a Shut Down will be Inevitable.
CHAPTER 6
THE POWER OF PEOPLE & THE LAW OF THE LAND.
The majority of us have reinvested the money & simultaneously invested even more to buy more Rario Cricket NFT Player Cards, and I am among them. I don't trust Rario's words at all, because they have been Repeated Offenders and Lying at every step of the way in my journey on Rario. Rario has already done a similar injustice to those who once owned Rario Moment Cards, as per our knowledge and gaming experience, leaving the Moment Cards abandoned with no way to use or refund them. Hence, now we are seeing the same happening for our NFT cards through their prior Shutdown announcement.
The fact that Rario, which Operates in a Corrupt manner, has kept its users handicapped, slashed contest Prize Pools, announced a Shut Down & reversed its decision After public outrage, Clearly Depicts the Deficient Services. In the future, Rario can display their Unreliability on any given day and repeat the same Felony by announcing a Shut Down again, running away from their Responsibilities. Rario will not give us, the users, an option of getting a Refund by Buying Back all of our NFT cards, which will make all NFT cards Useless & Spurious.
I am a Vigilant Citizen, who is fully aware that no matter how many Excuses, Decoys and Treacheries Rario will use to Misguide and Deflect some Naive users by stating their “so-called”, Anti-user, Fraudulent, and Illegal “Terms & Conditions'' Such T&Cs cannot Override the Law of the Land. The Powers and Fundamental Rights of a Common Man are always overlooked by Acquisitive Companies like Rario. Ultimately, one should never forget that The Laws of the Country Always Supercede Above Everything.
On numerous occasions, Rario has Evidently Violated Numerous Laws of India & the World. One of the Major Violations comes under Section 2E (Section (ii) Subsection: e ) in Rule 7. Duties of direct selling entity and direct seller of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 of India. This section states that:
“(ii) A direct selling entity or direct seller shall not––
(e) refuse to take back spurious goods or deficient services and refund the consideration paid for goods and services provided;”
Rario also Violates the following rules & sections of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 of India:
Under Rule 7:
Section 1E (Section (i) Subsection: e)
Section 2A (Section (ii) Subsection: a)
Section 2D (Section (ii) Subsection: d)
Section 4
Under Rule 10. Prohibition of Pyramid Scheme and money circulation scheme.
Along with numerous other violations occurring across jurisdictions.
Rario cannot give me back the Invaluable Time that has been lost in the platform strategizing, planning, buying, selling, sending D3 Contest teams and so much more. And there is absolutely no amount that can Buy back the Time that I lost. This doesn’t mean ignoring those who have suffered Extreme Mental Agony & Psychological Conditions due to Rario. A Compensation to those Seriously Affected is also Highly Imperative. Apart from losing Money, Time & Mind, Hundreds of Investors have also lost Faith, Interest, Fandom & Trust in Commentators, Legends, Cricketers & Sadly… Cricket.
Most Important of all, Rario, its Owners & its Brand Ambassadors are Totally Capable and Definitely Need to Give Back the 100% Amount Value of all my NFT cards. Rario has Violated various Global & Indian Laws & is Totally Accountable for the Loss to the Users as explained in this Document. Hence, I want a Total Refund of all Rario NFT Cards that exist in my Vault. I am Highly Hopeful that Justice will Prevail as I have Immense Faith in the Laws of India & the World.

Hence, I felt safe & secure to invest in Rario.
