I am starting this petition in regards to the permanent ban on my account and In hopes you guys will help. I was made aware that the justification for my ban was “Toxicity and Harassment towards a female streamer.”  As I continued to play Sea of Thieves as we are both huge fans. Out of respect for her I have done what I can to avoid contact while playing, but we have unintentionally run into each other multiple times in-game as we are in the same region and therefore on the same servers.

The last interaction I had with BriittyBear was on April 23, 2021, 6 days before my ban. I have included a clip from her stream of this event below.* I was server hopping for reaper ships at the time and was unaware that she was on the server until she spoke in chat after we had already sunk her ship. This was the full extent of our interaction. I did not know it was her when I originally pursued her ship, and I had no intention of harassment or any other toxic behavior explicitly violating community terms of service. I was simply playing the game.

As I mentioned in my previous tickets to rare I am still very passionate about this game and before my ban I was intimately involved in its community. I believe that this entire situation is largely a misunderstanding on the part of all parties, and something that could happen in any public space, let alone within a gaming community as closely knit as ours.
