This  petition FIND ME asks you to sign, is for a Freedom of Information Act  (FOIA) request to have ALL records unsealed and released by Leavenworth County Sheriff's Department , KS, & Kansas Bureau of Investigation pertaining to the Randy Wayne Leach case and investigation . Picking back up, this family has been put through hell and back, their son  missing with no idea what  has happened for 28 years. In addition,besides digging on cold, muddy riverbanks on their hands and knees for their son, the Leach Family has been denied access to the records that have been sealed  for the last 28 years. They have been living with rumors, unanswered questions, having to declare their son deceased, hiring private detectives only to dead ends. Now the Leaches are in their mid 70s, with their greatest fear of one them passing away before the other, leaving them to deal with this and cope all on their own, a complete nightmare that they can't wake from, day in and day out, night after night.They have been through enough just in losing their only child and son, but not to be able to have a single answer is beyond torture. So help end the nightmare. Please sign so the Leach Family may at the least view their son's records and have  some peace of mind. They are entitled to at least such after almost 3 decades without answers. Thankyou !
