A few weeks ago during jersey day at my sons local school in Maroubra I noticed that more than half the kids at the school were in our colours. As a resident of Maroubra I am going to demand that marketing get Rooster flags from Maroubra all the way down Anzac Pd to Kingsford Randwick and Coogee and lobby Randwick City Council to do so if we are lucky enough to make the Grand Final. There are not just Souths supporters here and as far as I am concerned when properties are sold in this area they are referred to as Eastern Suburbs property. I am a proud Rooster living in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and I for one am sick to death that the many Rooster fans are snubbed I want my team represented here
