1: Have a mandatory $ 1 dollar a month tax to never exceed that amount as a presidential fund pool
2: Agree to a campaign allowance of radio and television time 50 hrs for radios 100 for TV
3: have a 3 or 4 month period of campaigning
4: If any of these allowances are exceeded by any dollar amount or media time it would be an automatic DQ
5:No speaking engagements during that time to any corporate events or leading up to it, if they do speak within that one year’s time leading up to the election the content should and will not be political, nor should any politicians engage in party pandering in the name of potential candidates within that one year’s time.
