Paternity Fraud, welfare fraud, presenting false statements to government officials,  falsifying governmental documents,  slander, defamation, and libel, are some examples of crimes. Some are punishable by law and some by civil liability, all are laws that should make and hold all peolpe accountable for such actions. Then there are more unconventional categorizations like " pick a name government assistance, every one child has three fathers, Non-submissive fathers make fatherless children, or my personal favorite "he don't love you because of his other kids". Ignorance and blatant disregard of these laws and stereotypes like these are tainting our families and our society. These many issues are so very important to me because  I myself am a victim of paternity fraud, it has cost me driving privileges, my marriage, my ability to earn an income, my credit, Hope's of owning property and much more. The government continues to deny me any due justice or even help to restore my good name and the status stolen years ago despite aiding and abeding criminals in criminal activities throughout the entire time, and when faced with the evidence of proper facts the government does everything possible to punish the victim further. Also due to the injustices in the family court system it has even cost me a entirely separate child. So if it wasn't bad enough I was extorted through threats I still on top of all the systematic pressure, am still a victim i lost my first born son, and my only other second son, and like many other innocent men in our country, I am hurting and fighting to heal a wound that will never heal.

Like myself, many young men in our country attempt to do the responsible thing and admit that a child is his own. Yet like me so many many other men are being found NOT to be the biological fathers of these children and our government is completely ignorant of the laws they fail to enforce like fraud, welfare fraud, extortion,  defamation, slander, libel and others that are instantly broken when falsified, or blatantly incorrect legal documents are pushed through the government's systems and those documents stand as the only evidence to prosecute innocent men like my self. We all understand hardships and the long time history that's nothing more than a overbroaden stereotype of " dead beat dads" but times have indeed changed and it is time now for the family courts, legislative leaders, communities and our society to reflect that change. The old cycle depicted above has been overly abused and has destroyed the lives and households of many hard working Americans  and it will not stop until we as INNOCENT MEN take a stand and demand the restitution owed by the government, the punishments owed to the criminals, the restoration of our correct statuses, the penalties for our many pains and sufferings, and the complete and whole correcting of ALL INCORRECT INFORMATION in the systems of the government. The system has laws for delinquent fathers it's time we had laws in place for restoring the status of victims and punishing criminals.... I'm sure most tax payers would agree less welfare fraud would help everyone sleep better at night, and at least for me punishing those responsible is necessary to prevent the continuing cycle of vindictive lies and rogue government agencies from destroying the fabric of our homes " The FATHERS ".
