NEVER USE ACT INTERNET!
They don't have responsible educated staff in #ACTfibernet
This is the 100th time we're facing this problem with ACT !! They are unable to give the full speed of their basic plan of 15mbps !!!
Mr. Dinesh,Cunningham road representative, who said call whenever you have a problem is only adding to my problems!! After the first call he refuses to answer!!

The entire night we couldn't do our work or bookings because "no internet" and the #ACTinternet guys really don't care!!

They should be banned by a some authority for their service of providing headaches and job loses to people instead of just simple internet!!!!

When his senior called me back after 18hours, they said the cable is cut, which means they're using really cheap cables!
People work all night ! We're of the 21st century !!
We need internet all night!

Act needs to have 24x7 on field technicians and literate people attending Customers phone calls!!

Monsoon is round the corner, the internet service is only going to get worse!
Its best we switch to the local area internet service provider instead of branded ones !
