Allow "Tripp" to be available to rescue groups or up for adoption: Do not euthanize him

The Issue

Rescue groups have offered to take him into their care, the foster family has offered to adopt him, and others have reached out with interest in adopting him. This dog is savable and he is not taking up space in the shelter. He is not aggressive, but rather reactive. He has no bite history and is not a threat to society anymore than the next dog is. He is receiving the help from a professional trainer, and has shown drastic improvement in his level of reactivity since taken into foster. His foster family wants to keep working with him, and has successfully kept him and others safe in the six months he has been in their care. Tripp deserves a chance at life. He has worked hard for it. Let him live.
