LG has unlocked the bootloader to the European H815 model G4. That is only very small number of people having the device. A lot of Indians are using LG G4 right now and they bought this premium device to be a free consumer not bound to use only certain softwares.

Unlocked bootloaders support development! Many people, including myself, bought a G4 with the hopes of it having an unlocked bootloader. Please help me in my petition to LG India LG G4 smartphone variants.
