Below is our open response to the letter from Asset Advantage Ltd, in which they appear to sidestep taking responsibility for their solicitors and their questionable practices. You can view their original letter in the attached image above.
 

To Asset Advantage Ltd,

Thank you for your response. I would like to emphasise that I have previously communicated all relevant details regarding my concerns with Greenhalgh Kerr Solicitors to Asset Advantage Ltd. Despite providing this information, I was advised to continue dealing with them directly. This approach, unfortunately, highlights a lack of professionalism on your part.

One of the most alarming aspects of their conduct has been their actions towards my friends, family members, and former colleagues. Greenhalgh Kerr Solicitors, with your permission, have taken the concerning step of reaching out to these individuals through social media. Their communications have not only been intrusive but have also used language that has tarnished my reputation and attempted to defame me. Moreover, they have been tracking their IP addresses. What does this signify? Are there intentions to hack into their systems, or is this a tactic employed by Asset Advantage Ltd as well? Such actions are not only unethical but also potentially illegal, and the fact that they acted with your knowledge and consent further implicates Asset Advantage Ltd in this matter.

It's crucial to note that Greenhalgh Kerr Solicitors are representing Asset Advantage Ltd in this matter. My data was shared with them by you, and as such, you cannot absolve yourself of responsibility. The sharing of my data and the subsequent actions taken by Greenhalgh Kerr Solicitors are intertwined with your involvement, and you cannot simply distance yourself from the repercussions.

Furthermore, another company, presumably acting on their or your behalf, approached one of the director's places of employment. This not only breaches professional boundaries but also raises serious ethical concerns. Additionally, there have been instances where facts regarding the asset and the entire deal were misrepresented or falsified.

I have been a victim in this entire ordeal. I have sent several complaints regarding this matter and other previous concerns to your complaints department, yet I have never received a response. This silence on your part raises a distressing question: am I being discriminated against due to my position, being on the weaker side because of business failure? Please remember that I am a human being, and despite the challenges I face, I will fight against your illegal practices until my last breath.

Because of your actions and the undue stress they have caused, I have been diagnosed with extreme anxiety, hypertension, and mental pressure by a reputable medical board. I shared my medical certificate with you a few weeks ago, yet your team still insisted that I continue dealing with Greenhalgh Kerr Solicitors. I must ask, is your Managing Director in any way more of a human being than I am, who is the victim here? Is his time more valuable than my life and well-being? Furthermore, I was explicitly told not to CC your Managing Director in the email. Why is there an attempt to shield him from these communications?

I am resolved to approach every relevant government agency, media outlet, and legal body to disclose these acts. I demand that Asset Advantage Ltd issue a public apology for the reputation lost due to these unethical actions. The public deserves to be aware of such practices, and I am committed to ensuring that they are.

I implore you to recognize and remember that we are human beings living in a free world. The manner in which we have been treated feels inhumane and is not reflective of the values and rights we hold dear in our society. Every individual deserves respect, dignity, and fair treatment, and I urge Asset Advantage Ltd to uphold these principles in all its dealings.

I trust that you will reconsider your stance on this matter and take the necessary steps to address the concerns raised.
