Recently, they have taken to chasing old colleagues and even companies that our previous directors have been associated with, despite having no legitimate reason to communicate with them. This overreach is not only unwarranted but also deeply concerning.

Moreover, in what seems to be a desperate attempt to silence us, they are trying to get us to remove this petition. They are doing so by reaching out to our former colleagues and friends, putting undue pressure on them to intervene on their behalf.

The emotional and mental toll this is taking on our team is profound. One of our directors has been diagnosed with acute depression and hypertension as a direct result of this relentless harassment. Another has tragically lost their job due to the defamation and undue stress caused by these actions.

We share this update not to garner sympathy, but to highlight the lengths to which Asset Advantage and Greenhalgh Kerr are willing to go. Their actions only strengthen our resolve to continue this fight and ensure that such unethical practices are brought to light.
